This is to inform you that on ____________ (Date), I boarded the train at ____________ (Place) from ____________ (Place), namely Inter-city Express coach No ____________, the lower berth No. ____________. I was carrying a briefcase and a suitcase. Both of them were locked to the berth, but when I got up around ____________ (Time), to go to the toilet, I found my briefcase missing. The train had already left Kota at ____________ (Time). As a matter of fact, I found two gentlemen who were occupying the opposite berth No. ____________and respectively, were also missing. My briefcase contained a lot of valuable documents beside cash amounting to____________ (Amount in Words). Among documents I had two credit cards of ____________ (Bank Name) and ____________ (Bank Name), besides my Identity Card.
