Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your attention to your bus on Route No____________ which covers ____________ (Place Name). Most of the time the bus arrives late at ____________ (Place Name), as a result everyday my son reaches school when the assembly has already started. This creates-a bad impression on the mind of the student. While driving home, the driver flouts all the traffic norms and drives with such a speed that the students cling to their precious lives.

When they complain to the conductor, they are replied rudely. This throws a very bad light on how the school recruits drivers and conductors, when the children pay a handsome fee to maintain a proper standard. There have been so many cases of accidents due to the rash driving by the negligent drivers. The school authority should gear up to meet such mishaps.
We are sending our children at your responsibility and such act of irresponsibility becomes more of a crime than a mere offence. We, the parents, had a word of advice for the driver, ____________ (Driver Name), but he seemed to give a damn. If the school authority is not able to take proper preventive measures, I’ve no option other than to make this thing public, which I definitely would like to avoid. Hoping to see an action taken at the earliest.
