This is to inform you that due to my absence for two months when I had to visit abroad with my family members for an urgent work, I could not receive the telephone bill and hence was not able to deposit the bill on time, which led to my connection being disconnected. I was made aware that my line would be restored within two days. More than ____________ (Days) have passed and in spite of my reminders to your engineers in the exchange, as on date my telephone remains disconnected, which has thrown my life out of gear. Being on exporter, I have to remain in touch with my buyers and this hassle of telephone had an adverse effect on my business, which has caused a lot of mental agony.
You are requested to look into the matter and take proper steps to restore my telephone connection, failing which I’ll have no alternative to report the matter to the G.M. of MTNL.
