We, the peace-loving resident’s of____________ (full address of the area) take the opportunity of reporting to you that of late our locality has been infested with the antisocial elements for which peaceful living of the people has been jeopardised.
It has been observed that some new faces coming from other area also have joined hands with the known anti-social elements of this area to bolster their activities. Needless to emphasise, peaceful living of the people has been endangered very much.
It is disgraceful that the female- folk while walking on road are subjected to insulting words from them. A few months back this locality was enjoying all freeness away from any sort of apprehension which has become an abrupt contrast with the onslaught of the antisocial elements now.
