This is for your kind information that the marriage reception of my son will be held at____________(Place) on____________ (Date) and the timings of the same will be from ____________ (Time) to ___________ (Time). In this marriage reception many dignitaries have been invited to grace the occasion.
In order, therefore, to ensure safety of the female participants wearing valuable ornaments on their person, it has been felt an absolute necessity to deploy police force with arms at vulnerable points of the venue of the marriage reception.
