Re: Wrong printing of my telephone No. ____________ in the Telephone Directory.

Dear Sir,

I regret to find from the Telephone Directory issued in the month ____________of, ___________ (Day) that my telephone No. ____________ has been wrongly printed as____________. My correct telephone No. ____________ is ____________ which should have been printed.

On account of wrong printing of my telephone No. in the Telephone Directory many of the persons who are not in the Know of my actual telephone No. are not able to contact me on my correct telephone No. when they take the wrong number of my telephone from the Telephone Directory. This causes extreme inconvenience to them as also to me.

I would, therefore, request you to arrange printing of my correct telephone No. ____________ as____________ in your next reprint of the Telephone Directory.
