Thank you for your letter and circular of ____________ (Date) notifying about the next general meeting of the club to be held on ____________ (Date). I was delighted to go through the agenda as it has very many good items. Still I feel there is room for an important item which I have in my mind. Would you please permit the following motion to be included in the agenda?

“That in future, members found in arrears of their subscription for over ____________ (Month) shall lose their right to vote on matters of policy of the club.”
