This is to inform you that my marriage party will be going to ____________ (Place Name) from ____________ (Place Name) on____________ (Date) and also will be returning from ___________ (Place) to ____________ (Place) on____________ for which a full A/C 3-tier coach by ____________ (Train Name) will be needed by me for both ways.

I am applying to your good-self three months in advance for your granting permission for full Coach from ____________ (Place) to ____________ (Place) and back on the above dates so that you are not inconvenienced to accord your permission for the same.

Incidentally, I may mention here that if for any reason granting permission for full coach by ____________ (Train Name) is not possible you may kindly grant the same by any other speedy mail/express train for the above dates.

Kindly do the needful in the matter. On receipt of letter of permission from you, I will arrange making reservation of berths accordingly.
