Your postman delivers registered malls including money order to the addressee only which is the usual practice. In this connexion, I have to inform you that I will be out of station for a month on company’s job from____________ (Date) to____________ (Date) I would, therefore, request you to advise your concerned postman to deliver all registered post letters, V.P.P., registered parcels, money order, etc., which will be addressed in my name, to my authorised person, ____________ (Name) who will accept the same on my behalf for the period, as mentioned above.
