Letter to College Principal Regarding Eve-Teasing In College Campus

Respected Sir,

We would like to bring to your notice the alarming in­crease of eve-teasing within the premises of the college as well as outside the college. This incident is on anvil since last ____________ (Month), which we had brought to the no­tice of our faculty and even the Head of the Department. But as on date, the administration is yet to take a con­crete step.

We, the students of final year ____________ (Subject Name), are being harassed by some students of the ____________ (de­partment Name), who not only pass comments but also ob­scene remarks, which we consider to be no less than outraging our modesty. As a matter of fact, all of them are boarders, who care two hoots about the administra­tion. We have stopped going to the college canteen and two months back some boys of our department coun­tered them, they called up some hoodlums from the nearby areas and threatened to call the police.

About a week back, some students from that department had the audacity to hold the hands of one of us and propose dating. Things now have gone out of control and we request you Sir, to look into the matter and grant us a meeting, so that we can name the boys, who are tar­nishing the reputation of this alma-mater.
