In my letter dated____________ written to the Manager, consumer Grievance Cell, I had requested him to arrange to send to me the security deposit against surrendering of the above meter together with interest on S. D. A copy of my said letter is enclosed for your kind perusal.

Since the payment by cheque towards the security deposit lying with your Corporation is being delayed abnormally, I would request your good-self to look into the matter personally and see that the cheque in question is mailed to me at the very earliest.
