Dear Sir
ADVERTISEMENTS:
I am sorry to draw your attention to the declining trend of our postal services. Many are the ills which of late have afflicted our postal service delayed and irregular delivery and so on. It is also a general complaint that letters is sometimes wrongly delivered. Yesterday a letter meant for my distant neighbour was delivered to my address.
A few of my letters have not been received by me. And they were really important as they concern my business and personal family affairs. About ten days ago my bankers sent my statement of account for the last month but it has not been delivered to me so far. This inefficiency has caused a lot of inconvenience, harassment and sometimes even embarrassment to many a person like me.
It is, of course, a fact that there has been an enormous increase in the workload of our postal services, the system seems to be under some strain, but these defects in the system is a matter of great concern to all of us and something should be done promptly to improve it.
I would feel obliged if you can kindly look into the matter and take immediate remedial measures to locate my missing letters.
ADVERTISEMENTS:
Yours faithfully,
(Your Name)
