Article 135: (No parallel Art. in the Act of 1908):
The period of limitation for an application for the enforcement of a decree granting a mandatory injunction is three years and the limitation commences from the date of the decree or where a date is fixed for performance, such date.

Article 135 is new and deals with decrees granting mandatory injunctions and not a decree granting prohibitive injunction.
A mandatory injunction can be issued by a compromise decree and when such a compromise decree requires to be executed Article 135 is attracted.
Article 135 which is restricted to enforcement of mandatory injunction only provides for a period of three years for its enforcement and the time begins to run from the date of the decree or when the decree fixes a date for performance, the time runs from that date.
