Punishment for lurking house-trespass or housebreaking:
Punishment for lurking house-trespass or house-breaking, which are defined under sections 443 and 444 respectively, has been provided under this section. The section states that whoever commits either lurking house-trespass or house-breaking shall be punished with simple or rigorous imprisonment for a term extending up to two years, and shall also be liable to fine. Same punishment has been provided for lurking house-trespass and house-breaking.
