Short Essay on Lord Halsbury – Lord Halsbury was born on September 3, 1823 in a village of London. Till the year 921 he witnessed abrupt destruction of Edwardian society by war and the birth of a law century with its acute conflicts of ideology and irresistible progress of technology, rod Halsbury was also High Chancellor of England for seventeen years.
It was he who introduced the Criminal Evidence Act of Britain in 1898, which allowed the prisoners to if evidence on their own behalf in court.
