United Nations have taken an initial step for formulating and defining international human rights norms. The UN General Assembly first met in London in 1946 and draft declaration of fundamental human rights for references to commission on human rights.
This is the convention on human rights and measures of implementation. It deals with social, economic, political and cultural rights and also claims of individual regarding alleged state violation rights. The drafting of human rights is universally acceptable for fundamental freedom.
In “International Bill of rights”, human rights standard was prepared with much deliberation. This international bill of right has two parts. In first part, there is covenant deal with political and cultural rights. Another deal with social, economic and cultural rights.
