Generally there is shortage of water in the cities during summer season. The moment water supply fails we start abusing Municipal Corporation and other agencies connected with the water supply department.
We know the importance of the thing when it is not available. The long the water supply fails, it causes most inconvenience.

In case of failure of water supply all of our routine fails. It becomes hard to meet our natural calls. We cannot take a bath, can’t wash clothes, even quenching of thirst becomes difficult. If it is summer season, then it becomes more horrible.
Life comes to standstill. Folks of women can be seen in the streets cursing the Government. Even the Prime Minister is criticized, though he has no hand in the supply of water, which is the work of local Municipal Corporation or Jai Boards.

Even educated men start cursing the government without thinking for the reasons of water failure. They don’t think that there will be some trouble for the failure of water supply.
There must have been water leakage somewhere or the water supply line may be burst. They just think that it is their pious duty to curse the government or water works department and conclude that they are their enemies.

It is important that water supply is very essential commodity in our life. It keeps us alive, but we have to bear up the emergencies in life.
Only loud speaking and cursing any one is not going to solve our problems. Even though we may be having sufficient water stored with us, ‘ but we will not spare a glass of it even to our nearest neighbour.
At that time we are nagged by the fear if water supply is not restored early we would be ourselves begging for it from someone else. So our relations become tense with our neighbours just due to water supply failure.
